BJ's Wholesale Club is a popular shopping destination known for its wide selection of products, including food, clothing, electronics, and household items. Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are helpful and often go above and beyond to assist. Many find the location convenient and well-stocked, often discovering more than they expected, with some highlighting the bakery's delicious chocolate three-layer cakes. The store offers special hours for members aged 60+ and first responders, making shopping easier for these groups. The order pickup process is generally smooth, with employees like Nunzeal providing excellent customer service, including going out of their way to replace squished bakery items. However, there are some issues, such as problems with the digital coupon system, which customers feel can be unreliable and sometimes unfair. Overall, BJ's is a one-stop shop with a good selection, friendly staff, and convenient services, though improvements could be made to the digital coupon experience.
Why do we have to even clip digital coupons Bj give us the deals if we are members why , and wasting paper on coupon books why Bjs

It's convenient, price is good. Would be nice if they have friendlier staff, would be nice to have in-store coupon, and do away with the book. So if you left your book you still get the sale price.
