“It's a little funny but this is my first time visiting the gas station here. We've been members of BJ's for many many years and just never gotten gas. The line seem to be so huge but it actually moves quite quickly and the people were really nice. I must also say what a treat that you can use your phone app you don't need to carry around the physical card like the other Warehouse that you have to bring the physical card to which is ridiculous in 2024. “I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

“The staff is really solid. Some great produce just watch expiration dates. They have regular brand dog food which is a huge bonus and way less than typical stores. Some fun odds and ends as well”
