“I absolutely love this cute store and it's a pleasant environment. The customer service is great and the ladies are friendly and helpful. In addition, the clothes are awesome cute. I have bought many clothes there and they fit and wear well. 1 time a handbag I bought had some stitching come loose and the manager was so nice and said No worries, you can take another one. Enjoy shopping at this trendy and great store!”
“Very nice place, and beautiful clothes. I don’t know why people say discrimination happens in this store. I am a Latina American woman and I was never treated poorly in this store. People just need to stop using the “race card” to complain about a store. In fact it is a privilege to have staff follow you and help you choose an outfit that fits your wardrobe not racism. I used to work at a high end clothing store called Talbots and our associates were trained to do the same. We give the customer attention, offer advice when they ask, and set up fitting rooms. This is a practice in most high end clothing stores, so if anything, this is outstanding customer service, which is by far better than the mainstream fashion industry where you are often ignored and over looked as a customer.
It is an honor not and insult.
More stores need to be that way.”
“Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”
“BK & Co is a ladies boutique owed by two longtime friends Barbara and Karen, hence the name of their store. Upon walking inside most items seemed geared toward older ladies. Also, I noticed there were some very wrinkly shirts, from cotton to rayon. Maybe I'm delayed on knowing what's forward in today's fashion, but something tells me every fabric doesn't look best when wrinkly. The further I looked in to the rear of the store, the more I liked the pieces. There are some formal dresses, some purses, shoes and jewelry pieces that I would be interested in when the occasion presents its self. They also have a sale section downstairs. I might return here soon to purchase a birthday gift for my mom.”

“I have experienced awesome customer service from the women that put my jacket on hold. She works at the register. This was on Saturday November 1, 2025. She always has a smile on her face. Then I received excellent customer service from Nathan. Nathan thank you for patent, kind and respectful. I very much appreciate you both for excellent customer service. This speaks volumes. I met the manager last weekend October 25, 2026. He is a very nice gentleman. There were two other ladies that gave me excellent customer service on the October. I remember she has beautiful purple hair. The other woman is short and petite like she held my jackets on November 1, 2026.

“I visited this store for the first time on 7.20.2026. I had never entered any J.Crew store before, and I wasn't sure what to expect. This store blew my expectations. Not only were the clothes pretty and of extremely good quality, but the store was extremely clean, including the dressing rooms. I also spoke to around 4 employees during that time ( I was in the store for about an hour), and everyone was absolutely lovely and willing to help and answer any questions. One employee that made my experience memorable was this young gentleman who happened to understand a little bit of Spanish because he took it in high school. He was able to understand what my Spanish-speaking family member asked without me having to translate. It's the little details like that that make one feel special and want to come back. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchases and can't wait to go back.”
“I came into the Canton location on a whim, and was greeted immediately. When the item I was looking for was not in the size I was looking for, the manager quickly looked up the dress at another location- which happened to be West Hartford. When I stopped into the Farmington Ave location, I was kindly greeted and Theresa graciously chatted with me. The store was well stocked, organized, clean. Everything was clearly marked. Theresa assisted me with my Francesca points and was attentive to my needs. I have not shopped with this brand frequently, I will be sure to return. Thank you for a great customer service experience from both locations.”

“I always fine great outfits here at a reasonable price. There is a large clearance section located in the rear of the store. Club cloths, business casual cloths, gym cloths etc. The selection is endless. As far as quality its ok. At the price I don't expect it to last forever. I have walked out with many $5 to $10 dollar items that I love”

I had asked about the sale and person who I think was a manager, explained everything to me and it seemed appealing so I started shopping. Any questions I had were easily answered by the Two ladies working in the store. They were helpful and courteous. The clothes fit very well. It was a very pleasant relaxing shopping experience.”

“I just joined Pure Barre this week. The studio is clean and inviting. The GM Mary was super nice. All of the instructors and members have been really friendly. The instructors know your name which I love. There’s a variety of different class formats and the schedule offers tons of class times which I was really excited about. Instructors provide corrections and modifications which is so helpful. This has been such a nice change up in my workout routine and I’m looking forward to becoming part of the community even more! They offer pop up events, book club, it seems like they have a lot to offer. Super happy I chose Pure Barre WeHa!”
