“I am sooooo honored to have worked with these employees to fulfill my order! I was looking for a pair of shoes that appeared to be sold out online and in all of the other stores in the USA! I called and got someone name Yashi in fragrance and told her I was looking for these shoes that appeared to be in stock there. Yashi literally put me on hold and went downstairs to the shoe department to find these shoes!!!!! She partnered with Desire to find the shoes, call me and confirm that not only did they have the shoes but they would send them to me OVERNIGHT!!!!! This staff was incredible and really went out of the way! No shade to the online team or internet, but some time you have to work with actual PEOPLE who will go out of the way and serve the customer! These ladies did exactly that, and I am so grateful! Thank you Destiny and Yashi, I truly appreciate you!”

I tried on so many pairs of jeans but her and another store associate, Adrian I think her name was..? were both super helpful, kind and patient with me! Wendy was able to match most of the clothes prices that were on sale on their website which was a plus and I was able to purchase everything I needed. “I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and Indochino. I came for my custom wedding tuxedo and got everything I wanted and more. I loved the ability to customize everything from the fabric to the collar of the shirt at a very reasonable price. Kevin was amazing through all of the steps and walked me through it start to finish. I only needed minor alterations which were done very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or come back if I needed another suit in the future. Thanks Kevin!”
“Always have loved BB so when I was in need of some new suits I headed to my closest store. Buying experience was great but had some initial tailoring issues. I was provided fantastic customer service in taking care of what might have been an error on their part. The store manager Kim went above and beyond to make sure I was not only happy with the fit but that I was satisfied with the entire experience. I walked away with 2 beautiful suits completely happy and will easily come back when I'm in need.”
“After reading all the one star reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting vineyard vines at the west farms mall but let me tell u my experience was 5 star from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by Marco immediately and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even thou they were busy & soon after the store manager Julie came by to make sure I found everything I needed not only did Marco & Julie help me find everything I needed they also gave me there opinion on certain colors they liked or clashed I was impressed they cared sooooo much if u read older reviews trust me the store is totally revamped with a super positive atmosphere & I recommend anyone who visited before and wasn't happy to give vineyard vines another try & I promise you'll be super satisfied... “I was at this store not long ango and was helped by a really nice employee called Caesar. Very easy name to remember because I personally love caesar salad. I was looking for some fire cargos to fit me for my vacation, and Caesar hooked me up for sure. He told me his style, asked what I liked and what I would pair them with, I told him and he picked out a few pairs for me. I ended up getting them all!! Very great salesman. He also informed me about the rewards system. So cool. There was a shortage of bags unfortunately so I had to go to Hottopic and get a bag to carry all my pants, but that was beyond Caesars control. Overall the store is very clean and I will definitely be coming back soon!”
