“I found Life Storage in a Google search for local storage facilities. Looked at the photos, reviews and unit availability and decided to go right over to see for myself. It was even better than I hoped for. Yvette was very friendly, patient and helpful. The whole facility is well maintained and the available unit we wanted was very clean. We even decided to take 2, one inside and one drive up unit. Highly recommend this facility!”

“Great staff and customer support. I did run into issues with the app not able to find my location; which is step 1 of the self pick-up. I switched to using the website instead of the app and it found my location right away. Then I had issues on step 2 with the selfie, when I submitted the picture it would refresh the page and start all over from the beginning.The staff in the store tried to assist, but eventually helped me get checked out at the counter. True Professionals!! Thank you!”
