“I was having issues with my remote key. Went to Napa to get a battery for my car key. The lady who helped me was extremely patient. It was difficult for her to open my key, but she got it open and helped me to install the new battery. Overall it was a good experience and I would shop there again.”
“I finally found the connection I've been looking for there for my Jeep. My other option was online ordering, but the delivery date was too close to Christmas. If you need a wrench of some sort, look to your right as soon as you enter the store. I walked all of the way around and up and down every aisle, as I was paying for the part I finally saw the wrenches.”
