“I cannot say enough good things about Greg and the team at Campbell Auto & Electric. Like many people, I'm usually very hesitant about bringing my vehicle to a repair shop because it's hard to know who you can trust. I was especially nervous about trying a new shop, but Greg immediately put my mind at ease with his honesty, professionalism, and confidence in diagnosing the issue.
Electrical problems are never simple especially when it comes to Jeeps, but after hearing several great recommendations from others, I decided to give Campbell Auto & Electric a try. I'm so glad I did.
I dropped my Jeep off first thing in the morning, and by the end of the business day, Greg and his team had not only diagnosed the problem but completely repaired it. When I picked up my vehicle, Greg personally came outside and took the time to show me exactly what had gone wrong. The issue turned out to be a bad ground cable in the wiring harness.
What impressed me most was Greg's integrity. Many shops could have easily told me I needed an entirely new wiring harness, costing hundreds more in unnecessary repairs. Instead, Greg identified the actual problem, repaired the faulty ground cable, and got my Jeep running perfectly again.
The customer service, communication, honesty, and quality of work were truly exceptional from start to finish. As an added bonus, there's an adorable shop pup that makes the experience even better!

“What a wonderful experience! It is hard to find good, reliable people these days. I can say with full confidence that Bobby is a kind, hardworking and honest individual. I had the great misfortune of purchasing a used vehicle that blew it's engine just two months into my owning it. Luckily, I had bought an extended car warranty (they're real!). I struggled to find a shop that would work with the warranty because they are difficult to work with. Bobby was totally upfront and honest with me the first time I ever spoke to him. He told me he wasn't sure he could do the work, but even so he was willing to help guide me through the process. As luck would have it, Bobby was able to do the work. This was not an easy process, but Bobby kept me informed and up to date on what was going on with my car. The dealership that I bought the car from wouldn't even begin the work on my car until 2 months from the time of the issue. Bobby had it done in a month. He was understanding and sympathetic to my situation (a mom to 2 young boys) and I know he worked hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend York Auto enough.
