“My doctor hadn’t sent my bloodwork like they were supposed to, and Tina was so patient and worked with my clinic to get the order. She helped me with everything I needed for my bloodwork. Although it was empty when I first arrived, several people came in while Tina was working with me and she was very efficient and cared about her waiting patients too. I’d definitely come here again.”
“Judy was wonderful! She was patient with my fear of needles and was also quick and precise when she did the procedure. Check in was easy, I checked in at the recommended ten minutes before my appointment at 9 am. I was in and out by 9:15.”

“Appointment at 1:30, was seen by 1:34. Waiting room clean and able to wait outside if preferred. I have tons of anxiety with getting blood taken & sometimes faint. Demirus (so?) was the absolute sweetest and so patient with me. Every time I've been the staff is kind and quick. This is the only quest I go to now.”
“Love it very much this is my clinic and I love the staff n the drs n APRN very nice n clean and welcoming. I have had No problem , the Girls and Jannifer Yaro APRN are so nice had her for years there on point with me always

“Bathroom should be checked between people because there was urine all over the seat & floor. The woman who was working there was very sweet & nice. She cleaned the bathroom so I could use it. Was a little longer wait then I thought it would be considering I had an appointment & came on time. I like the easy check in process, but the name "Quest" should be outside so it's easy to know where to go.”

“Andrew the phlebotomist at Sherman ave New Haven location was the best in all my life that I’ve ever had draw blood. He was calm and comforting and was able to not have to draw again after an order mistakenly not sent by DR was sent hours later and I made another appointment on the same day. He remembered and said he took care of the amount that was already taken to split for the additional tests! Very professional and kind as was all the staff that day. I will definitely be back even if we have to pay for parking unlike other quest locations he made it all worth it and more!”

“I love coming here, vest quest I’ve been to in a long time. The staff remembers people too which is always pleasant. I forgot the woman’s name that took care of me but she was great! She just came back from being off work for her birthday! She told me she’s been working for quest for 29 years! She was welcoming , fast, efficient, and just an overall great phlebotomist! Feeling comfortable getting blood drawn is my top expectation along with skill, but also being a patient person on my part helps too! I love this quest a lot! Most of all, the lady that took care of me too!”
