“My Pixel 7 with Boost Mobile (AT&T) would only get 1 mbps. With Metro T- Mobile I get up to 800 mbps. Fixed all issues. Pixel phones work best on anything GSM”

“I love Metro I've been with them for 6 years. They provide excellent customer service and what I love about Metro the most is that their prices never change. And their prices are the lowest for the great quality you get from them .”

“Bebe is absolutely amazing. I completely killed my husband's phone after a terrible weekend by dropping it, we had to switch carriers anyways due to US cellular going out of business. She saved us money and we got two new lines and a new phone but I was able to use a hand me down phone. She is fun and outgoing and made the whole process much more enjoyable”

“MAYA IS AMAZING! I had a phone issue because I was traveling. All the other Metro by TMobile stores in the area I called hung up on me. East Hartford didn't even wait for me to finish my question before hanging up on me - twice! Maya at West Haven, not only listened - she actually solved the issue with professionalism, kindness and grace. It's very rare to get quality customer service these days. Maya went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!”
