“We drove over 2 hours to New Haven to tour Yale. Caught a bolt in our tire on a Saturday at 3:00p. We looked up tire dealers/shops in the area and there were few open. We called Monro in West Haven and they were so friendly on the phone and said come right in. The two guys there (Nick and Lorenzo) were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Had us on our way in under a half hour. Highly recommend!”

Staff in the back took care of my vehicle and Macho was a great help in pointing out problems made by another car repair place I've unfortunately used. “Got full tints + windshield and was very satisfied. Went back for full frontal PPF on my tesla and am very happy with the results. Came back 2-3 weeks after PPF for their free edge checkup which is included in their PPF service and they fixed up some loose edges perfectly. Very happy with the results, highly recommend!!”
