I ended up walking out with a better plan, discounts on an upgraded iphone from 12 to 17 and an easy transfer of data that I usually dread bc the person usually handling doesnt think of all the ways to import data properly. I was terrified of losing photos, emails. My life! Christopher was great. He guided me though the whole process so easily and so efficiently. Incredible experience. Better than an apple store experience!!!!”
“Went in yesterday looking for new appliances. We had Steve as our sales rep. Steve did an awesome job helping us choose the right appliances and answered all of our questions. Although we were not there to purchase a tv he answered all the questions and explained the differences between certain types of TV’s these. In the end we also picked up a TV. Will definitely be back for another TV for a mancave that’s in construction.”

“I usually come into this location but stepped outside of my norm and placed a pickup order because I did not want to lose my coupons. When I got to the Order Pickup desk I was politely informed that I chose the wrong location.
The manager on duty (Bri) was called right away and when she came over she let me explain what was wrong and she empathized with my concern on losing my coupons. She made a call and then came back to me with options to help me get what I needed, not lose my discount and not have to travel to another location.
We ended up spending double than we had originally ordered and Bri truly went above and beyond to explain how the discounts were being adjusted and what my receipt would look like once she was done while ringing us up. She took her time even though they were closing in 15 minutes maybe less. The way she spoke to her staff and other customers was so polite.
In retail it’s a gamble sometimes to get professional responses to customer issues in store but Bri really is a five star manager. I have since placed another pick up order and she greeted me with a smile when I came in because she remembered me!
I wanted to write this review to highlight her and her team that helped me fix my own mistake. Target made the right choice putting her in charge. Anytime I see her I know if anything happens she’s gonna make sure it works out ok.

“When I started my home search a year or so ago, one of my requirements was space for a proper home theater system to watch sporting events and the hundreds of DVDs I have in my collection. So, I reached out to various home theater companies to get a sense of (i) the current technology landscape, and (ii) what kind of setup might be possible in a future home. Thanks to an article on a local blog, one of those companies I came across was Vanish Media.
Although I was impressed by the capabilities stated on their website, I had additional questions about whether their systems would work for my particular needs, so I reached out to Mark for more information. Not only did he promptly answer all of my questions, he also invited me to the showroom to see their systems in person, discuss their capabilities, and help me determine if their systems fit my needs.
After about 10 min in the showroom, I knew a Vanish Media system was exactly what I had been looking for. Not only do the systems look beautiful, but the performance was also unlike anything I had ever seen. I had always imagined that the picture quality with a projector would be mediocre at best, but projector (and screen) technology has come a long way, and the Vanish Media systems can produce a picture quality that far exceeds what you’ll get at your local movie theater.
So, once I had decided that a Vanish Media system would be perfect for my new home, I worked with Mark to customize pretty much every aspect of my system (including the projector model, screen type, cabinet design/color, etc.). Mark kept me up to date throughout the build process, was on hand for the delivery of the system, and handled the installation himself. But Mark’s support didn’t end there. Once the system was installed, Mark was in regular contact to ensure everything was running smoothly and that I didn’t have any additional questions about operating the system.
All in all, it was a great experience working with Mark and I couldn’t be happier with my Vanish Media system. The other day Mark stopped by to check out my final setup and as I was showing off how great a 4K DVD looked on the system, I remarked, “Honestly, with one of these in your house, why would you ever go to a movie theater again?””
