“I had to get an updated phone in order to continue online banking. Daniel was very helpful and had me all fixed up in no time. Very knowledgeable and polite. An altogether pleasant experience.”
“George was incredibly helpful and patient! He managed multiple customers at once with kindness and support. I really appreciated his problem solving skills. I’m a new Verizon customer and already feel taken care of!”
“We couldn't figure out how to update my daugther's iPhone. She and I went into the store at 630 on a Saturday. Jack helped us, but it took nearly an hour to get things sorted. The store closed at 7pm but he stayed to get things fixed for her. He went way above and beyond what needed to be done. Thank you, Jack!”
“James the technician was amazing He was able to make the impossible possible. When even my own carrier t mobile basically told me there was Nothing they could do to Help me. But James came through (my phone was completely crushed Buy a car. He was able. To retrieve all important. Documents pictures videos. Thanks again, James. I will be coming back. Hopefully, not with the crush phone this time.”
“We were very pleased with this location on 310 Connecticut Ave. Kareen the consultant solved a problem with my i-phone 15 that no other technician could. Highly recommend!!”
“The staff of the AT&T store in Trumbull Mall are wonderful—helpful, courteous and highly professional. Kudos to Chase and Steve particularly. A lovely experience!”
“I was very pleased with the recent service I received. I originally came to ask a repair question and when given attentive feedback decided to use my upgrade for a new phone.”
“I highly recommend this branch of AT&T! My husband and I were both getting new phones and with the patient, kind, and thorough employee who assisted us (Valentin!), every question was answered. My past experiences of buying a new phone have been frustrating, but Valentin guided us smoothly and knowledgeably every step of the way - even going above and beyond to help us. We are very grateful and will definitely be going to this location again should we need anything else - very impressed by his representation of the staff and we feel assured that they are trained very well.”
“The guy there replaced my battery and threw on a custom back plate for my phone without charging me extra to do so. Great dude. Will be back if I need anymore phone stuff done.”
“Had a great experience at this AT&T store thanks to Anderson. He went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to understand what I actually needed instead of rushing me through. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was sorted before I left. It's rare to get service this thoughtful, and Anderson deserves real credit for it. Thank you, Anderson!”
“I visited this location for the first time and had a great experience. I browsed throughout the store and found that there were many great items on sale at really good prices. Christopher was so very helpful at pointing out the low prices of the sale items and where they could be found. I located a couple of nice novelty items in which I was very pleased with. I will be shopping there again in the future.”

“I went into Verizon over the weekend to bundle my mobile account under our family account. I ended up walking out with a better plan, discounts on an upgraded iphone from 12 to 17 and an easy transfer of data that I usually dread bc the person usually handling doesnt think of all the ways to import data properly. I was terrified of losing photos, emails. My life! Christopher was great. He guided me though the whole process so easily and so efficiently. Incredible experience. Better than an apple store experience!!!!”
