“I have been shopping around for a place i can feel comfortable in storing my things that is when i came across Public Storage. I have called them a few times and the the ladies that work in that office are so sweet and so knowledgeable. I not once felt like I was a bother they actually put my mind at ease and answered all my questions and they even made me laugh. Getting ready to close on my house has had it's challenges and both of you have taken some of that stress off. Thank you so much Irma & Irene we need more people like you 2. “I usually don't write reviews, but Westy Norwalk is a home run! The staff is great - professional, friendly, courteous, responsive and informative! The service is top drawer and the building is nicely laid out, brightly lit and always clean or being cleaned. Let me also add that the courtesy bottled water is exceptionally good. I would like to thank Lainey, Cathy, Kyle and Jessica for their high level of service. I also would like to commend the gentleman who cleans the building, but unfortunately do not know his name. He's very polite and does a great job keeping the place sparkling.”

“To be honest, I don't really do a lot of reviews.And i'm not even sure that right now.I can take this space, but katie was phenomenal.She was patient without being pushy, and even if I don't go there right now.Because the timing is a little off all I keep thinking is I really want to go back to see her when i'm ready.Can't say enough about it.Spot was great accessible but not easily seen.And had a gate again, really was about katie.To be honest, well done, look forward to doing business again.Soon at either location”
“Fantastic storage facility for personal items and businesses. Easily the nicest storage facility I've used. Every staff member is extremely friendly and helpful. The building and storage units are always spotless, the building is always properly heated/cooled, and there's always plenty of moving carts to use. They also have a great discount program for non-profits.”

“USC Containers did an excellent job coordinating the shipping and delivery of the product. It was a smooth process. The containers fold open and are easy to build with a few simple nuts and bolts (and a construction forklift w/ 8' forks). The containers look very nice and came with a custom accent color. We used the containers for added storage at our RV storage facility. They seal well from the elements and have shrouded ventilation holes.”

“We just moved on August 1st and the company went out of their way to accommodate us. It was our third time using them, and Niall, the owner, is truly professional in every way - even if the circumstances were less than ideal. The movers themselves are workhorses - polite, considerate, and hard-working. They do a difficult job and never complain - and don't even really take breaks, other than to have some water or something. I don't know how they do it. This company is amazing and I would recommend them to everyone. We don't even have fancy furniture and they treated us like they were moving the royal family - all for a reasonable price. Highly, highly recommended. They have to be the best, and most considerate, movers in this area.”
