“Excellent staff and everything I've shipped from here made it safely to its destination. They do a great job packing items for customers. Can be pricy since it's just a UPS franchise store and they're not actual UPS employees, so it feels like they're just making up the prices sometimes, but again... Packages get where they're going. That's more than I can say for FedEx and sometimes the post office.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, though I’m writing to highlight a positive experience that I recently had at FedEx Office. I went in there to make four poster sized prints. I’m a perfectionist, and though I was being polite, I fully admit that in retrospect, I was being handful because I kept having the clerks adjust the photos again and again until they were to my exact liking. This ended up taking a considerable amount of time. However, in spite of that, Diane and Thomas were both extremely helpful, patient, pleasant, and above all professional. Even though I was being very nitpicky, they always had a smile on their faces and made me feel like a valued customer. I now have the prints up on my wall and they look great thanks to Diane and Thomas.”

The staff helped me get a new printout for my reunion, but this time I also requested aid in sending my file to another FedEx center so another relative could also print a copy. I was on vacation & contacted by Ashley, asking if I had any need to reschedule because a signature was required for delivery. Realizing I would love to have the date switched, it was does seamlessly and in a timely manner that didn’t result in chaos. That is so appreciated. The most valuable thing in life to me is time, and I really commend a job well done. Kudos to Ashley, she has great customer service reactions and intuitions, give her a big raise!”
“Amani to the rescue! Staples was busy, so I decided to call the local FedEx which is only a couple of miles from my house. I thought they only did shipping, but gambled and called. I need two copies of my resume rather quickly for an interview. Amani told me to come on in and she would have the printer ready. She guided me through the process. She reviewed the print job before I did and wasn’t satisfied, so she reprinted and the quality was spectacular. Additionally, FedEx doesn’t charge the extra fees that Staples does when you go to the counter for a print. Staples is such a racket. Now knowing that I have FedEx close to home and have treasures like Amani working there, all of my printing will be done with FedEx!”

The gentlemen working recognized that we were not super familiar with postage and kindly taped our package (while noting that it did need to be taped), helped us figure out the zip code to an address we were given the incorrect zip code to, and gave us the address of the nearest UPS for a return we needed to make through them. We were very thankful for his patience and assistance.”

“Wow! I’ve never experienced such kindness at a post office!
I came in to mail a box of birthday gifts for my 1-year-old granddaughter, but I wasn’t fully prepared. I didn’t have tape, and the first staff member (an Indian lady) told me to go buy some for $3.50. She also measured my box and said because it was slightly oversized, the postage would be nearly $40 instead of $25. I left, disappointed.
Sitting in my car, I decided to try again. I taped up the box using some recycled tape and went back inside. The first lady was gone, replaced by another Indian lady and an older gentleman named Abe. While she was a bit slower, Abe impressed me right away—he was serving customers swiftly and efficiently, often working with two at once. He clearly knew what he was doing and kept the line moving.
When it was my turn, Abe remeasured my box. Unfortunately, the first lady had been right—it was still too big for the lower rate. He gently asked if I’d consider reboxing it, which motivated me to give it a shot. I left again, thinking I might not bother—but I came back a third time.
Abe waved me over and, to my surprise, offered to help me! He found not one, but two boxes used boxes, tested them both, and helped me tape it all up with care. While doing this, he kept serving others, moving nonstop with grace and patience.
I know it’s not customary for USPS to assist customers with taping, let alone packaging stuff. And, being here multiple times I’ve never seen this, here or at any US post offices across the country. But, obviously this man noticed my dilemma and took it upon himself to be a kind soul.
Abe went far above and beyond. His kindness, efficiency, and generosity absolutely made my day. I hope his boss sees this acknowledgement of his excellent service. Because of people like him, the world truly is a better place. Thank you so much, Abe!”

He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind, not only to me but I observed other customers receiving the same impeccable service. On one extremely busy day while waiting in a long cue, over the Christmas holidays, one customer burst into singing a carol to cheer the staff on. Everyone in the cue joyfully joined in. The staff was so grateful. In fact, it was a great experience to witness the community spirit because of the hard-working staff at this post office.There are cards and shipping supplies available for purchase as well as ample parking, including handicap access.”
