“Joe’s Shoe Service is more than a shoe repair shop. Joe also takes care of replacement zippers. Here’s a pic of one I had done on a nice backpack. I also dropped off a golf bag for a zipper replacement. Most of my jobs take a couple days. Quick turnaround and great service. Takes pride in his shop and I will refer him many times over. “I've recently gotten more into walking to bring more fitness into my lifestyle. Quickly noticed that the shoes I was wearing were unsupportive and causing me discomfort. I came to Fleet Feet specifically because I wanted my gait analyzed.
The store was clean and organized. I was approached by Anna while browsing and she took care of me during my visit. She was very helpful and friendly! I loved getting to better understand what I need in a shoe and the analysis was very interesting. She pulled a couple pairs of shoes and inserts for me to try. There were limited options for narrow feet, but I have a more utilitarian approach towards shoes anyway, so aesthetic wasn't a huge concern of mine haha. I left with a new pair of Asics and I already feel a huge difference after walking in them today. Immediately recommended the store to family members!”
“Buying the dress for my daughter was a beautiful experience however Going for alterations was a completely different experience. The ladies working there were passively attacking each other with little comments like "you're not done" or criticizing each other work and the dirty looks omg! I've never been so uncomfortable. And the price was ridiculous. Almost $550 for hemming and bustle with the diamond's discount and buying the dress with David's bridal. I think was over price.”
“A few friends recommended Marathon Sports after I had a pretty bad experience at a different running store, and I'm really glad I went. Mohammed was super helpful—he answered all my questions and we ended up having a great chat about shoes and running. He really knows his stuff. Even though the store was packed, the whole process felt easy and not rushed. I ended up with a pair of Asics and some insoles for my high arches. I’ll definitely be back next time I need new shoes.”

We find what we are looking for and thanks to the coupons you send me I can save some money. My boys are in the tall and plus sizes and we go to the Manchester store to buy all their clothes. Jackie the saleswoman was great helping me with Everything we was looking for . Both of my kids autism so she was very understanding. She great plus to the store. Thanks Jackie for all the help. “I have bought countless footwear from Vionic. Just this one time a few days ago I bought shoes that the store person offered discount on which became a final sale. The shoes felt comfortable while trying in store but when I tried at home (on carpet) for 30 mins, they hurt my feet. I called Vionic if they would give me store credit and I am not asking for refund, I was just denied.
I understand that it became a final sale but given orthotic shoes are so expensive even after discount and that my feet just needed more time to know whether it will work for me. I have been a loyal customer, I would have hoped that they make an exception just one time. Especially, when the choice at the store is always so limited in terms or sizes and colors.
The owner addressed my issue promptly and I was able to receive store credit next day.
Hence bumped up from 1 to 4 star. Thanks!”
“Praise to the team at Clarks West Farms. Had a little snafu with an online order that customer service was very adamant in their inability to do anything to help me out.
However, upon talking to Sha’Quai (apologies if I spelled that wrong) on the phone at West Farms, they were perfectly willing to do what customer service said they absolutely could not. Shout out to Kian (double sorry if I got that wrong too) for helping me out when I went into the store to sort things out. This location is a great model on how retailers should operate with funky situations. Thanks West Farms team!”

“Prices are on the high end but not out of the range of other quality brands I've bought at Marshall's on sale, and they have good sale prices. Quality is excellent and sizing and fit are better for my middle age figure than most brands that run too small or too "matronly". Service is good, although they are expected to push a bit, offering advice and add-ons if they see you looking at something. I've worked in retail so I know they are just doing their job. If you do have a question or need something, they know their inventory and are quick to help. I've been very happy with the work clothes and jeans over purchased.”

“My friend, highly recommended I go get shoes from Footprints. I work at Hartford Hospital. My job requires lots of lifting, walking on hard cement and being on my feet for 8 hours at a time. The staff has been great, the three times, i have been there. Getting me what i need. They have made recommendations on getting other items, which i couldn't afford at that time, but didn't push me to buy. Having worked in retail for over 10 years, it is great seeing those who work on commission, not pushing customer's to buy something, they can't afford. I highly recommend them to all my co workers. They even offer a 20% discount if you work in the medical field and show a work badge.”

I had the privilige to have Leekel Kelley help me with a purchase of two pairs of shoes in two differnt ocasions .....now the reason I came back was because of him (not so much the shoes). He was excellent so that makes him a big part of your store that helps your store. A very clean impressive store with a great selection of shoes and very good precises . My first time and purchase a pair of shoes and I intend to go back.”
