“I want to say a big thank you to Aiden (hope I got the name right). I mistakenly left my car registration and car insurance in a purse I returned on 12/8/25. I did not realize I had done that until I checked my mailbox and found them in there with a note stating that the items were found and returned to me. I called the store on 12/9 to find out who had done that wonderful gesture and was told it was Aiden. Aiden a BIG shout out to you for taking the time to deliver the paperwork to my home. I truly appreciate your amazing customer service.”
“Got a flasklight as a gift...no receipt, nothing. Josh the Manager helped me with my issue of it not keeping a charge. Josh diagnosed the problem and even though the store did not have one and nothing showed on line ,Josh matched the battery to one they did have and replaced the battery. Definitely went above and beyond to solve my problem. Treated me like stores used to. So refreshing. Thank you Josh.”
“Met an associate there. Nice lady with a cane named Lisa. I’m not from here and she was more than happy to assist and give me some free advice. The customer service was great from everyone. My husband and son were assisted by Gina while buying fishing licenses and she was great too. Marcia cashed us out upfront. I just can’t believe how nice and helpful all the employees are here. Such a welcome change to what we are used to back home. Thank you”

“Pricey at times, but customer service has been great. A lot of different merchandise from kitchenware to clothing, toys, jewelry, ect. I do wish they had a larger plus size section for both men and women.”
