“I am so happy with our new kitchen. I went to Nukitchens at the recommendation of a friend who used them a few years ago. I wanted to create a more open feel to the kitchen, which leads directly into the family room. I was hoping for an island but was skeptical because of the space. Rosanne Jessen assured me we could do that and was able to create a plan that was just what I wanted.
Rosanne was a great listener. She understood what I was hoping for and was conscientious of my budget. I would highly recommend Rosanne and the team at Nukitchens.

“Carlos did a beautiful job on my new bathroom. This was my first time designing a new bathroom. Initially it was a bit overwhelming. I wasn’t sure what I wanted it to look like. Carlos gave me a starting point by asking me a few questions about what I wanted for my new bathroom and it took off from there. I went online and viewed the most expensive bathrooms I could find and found less expensive materials to copy the designs. Carlos gave lots of great input along the way- some things I had not thought of. He was extremely timely, and stayed in contact with me daily- keeping me informed. It was a fascinating process to see a bathroom from the 80’s turn into this contemporary, luxury bathroom. I’m absolutely thrilled with it! It’s stunning!!!… I highly recommend Carlos- I will use him again in the future for more projects.”

“Problems happen. It's how you deal with them that sets you apart.
We furnished almost our entire apartment during one visit with Lynette Huinker. She was amazing - listened, offered advice, diligently provided alternatives to make sure we were happy with the order. And, in fact, we were - the dining table, the accent chairs, the media cabinet, the bed, the side tables and the dresser - they were all great. Delivered close to expected date, good condition.
Except...the custom sofa. What was supposed to be a 2 month delivery stretched into 3...then 4...enter Lynette and her boss, Sebastian Viggiani. They refused to accept our discontentment. They arranged a loaner sofa, and when the manufacturer made and shipped the wrong sofa, they took even greater pains to keep us onside and happily (if somewhat impatiently) waiting. The sofa finally arrived, and we are happy. It was worth even the extended wait.
Crate and Barrel has many interesting pieces. But in this case, it wasn't just the products that made our day - it was the people. Thank you, Lynette and Sebastian.”
