“Wilton PO is great. They always have a great choice of stamps, my mailman, Jim, is terrific, and if there is a line, it moves very quickly. I know people complained that they have to take their breaks at particular times, but that is nationwide PO issue, not just Wilton. That is the way they operate. Wilton is easy in, easy out!”

“I am from out of town and a package that was supposed to go to Pennsylvania ended up at the South Salem Post Office. I have never experienced such excellent service as I did at this post office. Robert helped me track my package down and reroute it to the correct address, which was not simple. He was so kind and helpful, called me back twice, and provided me with an updated tracking number. “Applied for my passport today at this location. Made an appointment and it only took about ten minutes! Super duper easy, friendly, no fuss at all. Even had my photo taken for the passport there. Would definitely recommend to use this location for passport needs. New location in Goodwives has a ton of easy parking and it wasn't busy when I went at 2pm”

“Went to this Post Office last week. There was a line and the female who was working so hard and professional had an impatient customer yelling at her that they should get more help. A customer thankfully stepped in and said “it’s not her fault - call your congressman” He continued to complain but I let him go ahead of me and said “They are working hard here”
She handled the situation with class and dignity and won the respect of everyone there.
That said wondering why it takes the post office 4 days to deliver a certified letter to the next town - but I digress.”
“I have shipped over 30k packages in the past 5 years or so at many different post offices in CT. For whatever reason, the ones I ship from this location never seem to get lost. That's all I really care about. I've worked for the post office, amazon and ups so I might be a bit biased in saying this but the customers here, at times, tend to stand there like a toddler that needs help mailing their first letter or package. Which would be fine if you were the only customer in the world but sorry you're not. Have some self-respect and figure out what you're doing a bit before stumbling into a store confused and expecting a guided tour.”
