“Michelle was absolutely incredible to work with! Our stationery turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. She truly listened to my vision and brought it to life with so much attention to detail. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive, dependable, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make everything perfect. On top of that, she's such a pleasure to work with—friendly, kind, and incredibly talented. I couldn't recommend Michelle more. 10/10 experience, and I can't wait to work with her again for our next event!”

“I had an incredible experience thanks to Russell! As a Brazilian whose English isn't fluent, I was a bit nervous, but Russell was exceptionally patient, attentive, and super friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was understood and helped every step of the way. I was thrilled to find out he has Brazilian heritage, and even though he doesn't speak Portuguese, his dedication to helping me was outstanding. A true professional!”

“I cannot say enough good things about the whole team at DPS! I had a couple of different jobs, one of which was a large amount of printing for a conference with a lot of changes along the way. They are responsive, professional, and just really nice people to work with. They truly supported me during a stressful time with tight deadlines. Their work is excellent. I can't imagine finding a better place to have your printing and custom items made!”

“My task was to digitize old, somewhat curled up World War II pictures my father had taken as a B-17 pilot based in England. The pictures had been grouped into various categories and some of the photos had notations on the back. One of the reasons for having the pictures digitized was to be able to upload them to a website dedicated to the B-17 .My contact at Joseph Merritt was Rosemary Cairo. Her knowledge, expertise and thoroughness made the process uncomplicated and smooth. Before proceeding with the project she emailed copies of how the photos would appear and the cost to do the work. She kept the photos in their categories, paired the photos with their notes on the back when needed and offered options to enhance the quality of the images. Once completed Rosemary made them available on line for downloading and on memory sticks.Joseph Merritt in general and Rosemary in particular did a wonderful job and I am grateful for that.Sincerely,Peter Thompson”

“I needed some unusual large 2-sided business cards for an upcoming trade show. I looked around online and didn't see anything I wanted, and so many reviews recommended using a local printer I decided to go that route. So glad I did! I sent my artwork .pdf via Minuteman's 'Send your files' page, got a quick reply and invoice, and a few days later had my cards in hand and looking great, despite my narrow margins which Joe took care of perfectly. Highly recommended!”

“I walked in here without knowing what I was walking into! I was looking for someone to do a print on a tshirt for mothers day. on the Friday two days before mothers day I walk into this establishment and ask if it can be done. He told me a time and how long it would take him. I could do it, the time wasn't good for me due to work and commitments I had. Look story short the owner had my tshirt ready in 30 minutes perfected the design I had set up and planned to have on tshirt! And wow!!! What an amazing outcome!! The tshirt and the design is awesome!! I'm so excited! My wife is going to love it!!! He fit me in even though he had other projects in the works!!! Bruh!!!! God bless thus establishment!!!! Thank you for coming through on so short notice!! Worth every dollar I spent #$!!!”

“Impulse Design Print Mail – The Gold Standard in Creative Printing & Design I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole and her talented team at Impulse Design in Danbury, CT, since 2011, when she first brought our Gala invitation to life with stunning creativity and flawless execution. From that very first project, it was clear that Nicole’s enthusiasm, energy, and unparalleled passion for design set her apart. What keeps us coming back year after year isn’t just her exceptional work—though the invitations, fundraising appeals, and print production have always been top-notch, beautiful, high-quality, and remarkably well-priced—it’s her genuine focus on client satisfaction. Nicole doesn’t just deliver; she collaborates with joy and excitement, turning every project into a fun, inspiring process. Her team’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence shine through in every piece. If you’re lucky (as I have been), Nicole becomes more than a vendor—she becomes part of your tribe, someone who truly cares about your success and celebrates your vision. “Chris is exceptional! What can I express when discussing his remarkable efforts and dedication to our out-of-state business owners? Chris is the sole individual I can commend. If you find yourself out of state and, regrettably, others are unable to access your location or deliver your mail to you with courtesy, then it is imperative that you visit a UPS branch!”

“Staples works out fine when I am traveling but not at home. Plus the prices for copying are very experience. Where I live in Zephyrhills, the Staples that was here. closed several years ago. The next closest one in Lakeland also closed several years ago. The next closest one is in Plant City, one half an hour to an hour to get there, not very convienent. This is why I only go into a Staples when I am traveling. I sure wise that Staples would open a new store in Zephyrhills, it sure would better.”
