“I've been using this bank for 9 years now. They have consistently been professional and helpful, for a HELOC to a safe deposit box to opening savings accounts for my kids. Rarely do I have to wait more than 3 minutes in line. My only minor complaint is that I wish they opened earlier and stayed item later!”

“I was in the Storrs branch recently, very nervous to ask for several years worth of statement copies. I knew it would be a time consuming task so I felt sorry for needing to ask. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! Neil was the unlucky one having to help me but went way above and beyond. He did this tedious task with a smile, great attitude and kept reassuring me it wasn't a problem at all. I felt so much better. Every place of business needs a Neil! He sure helped me get through a tough day and I really appreciated it.”
