“I went into the store on Saturday October 4th around 3:30 pm with my service dog. My dog was behaving. I was walking around the store. A customers child ran down the aisle when she Turn on the corner I was there with my dog. The dog did nothing no reaction whatsoever the child laughed. A child then went up to their mother and the mother pronounced in the store very loudly that girl does not look like she needs a service dog. The cashier so the whole entire thing came up to me and said don’t worry your service dog is perfectly fine and can stay in the store. I have all my tags as proof that she is a certified service dog. The cashier was amazing and very helpful. I may not look like I need a service dog, but no one knows the story on why I have it because it’s not anybody’s business unless I tell you. Just wanted to give a Good review.”

“I have to support this place because Im a frequent flyer i have sky miles here!!!!! Lol of course the area is what it is but they have updated the inside of the store + and increased their frozen food selections and they have an excellent app which alerts you when deals are available. And they have late hours. All of these pluses benefit the customers so i like this store. use your app you will discover hidden gemz ?”

“People who say this place is a “mess” have lost sight of what it means to work an honest day, try their best to stock and inventory a store with limited staff, and hold it all together. Retail these days is not a polished, picturesque, consumer free-for-all that the entitled populous callously expect. But guess what? The people who work here are kind and treat me like a human being. They’re nice. And that’s what matters. I get my food here and feel respected. And anyone who judges this place is entitled.”

“Team members helped with unloading my groceries to the conveyor bagged and delivered to my car. I was feeling light headed, they wanted to call for help but I just needed to bring my sugar up. Carl talked to me about pick up and delivery. I do a lot of my shopping with Dollar Tree. Started I Massachusetts left 2002 then to Connecticut still here. There were two other great employees who helped but don't have their names. Employees have helped previous times too.”

299 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield CT 06002
“The store is much cleaner and organized compared to my last visit. I found what I needed and had to get on the long long line. Only one cashier was working - I do not get this! There were three other crew members putting new merchandise out. I wish the management would think of the customers ONCE IN AWHILE here. The location is a high traffic shopping center - the store is unbelievably poorly managed. Years like this unfortunately. I will go to FAMILY DOLLAR for better service. The prices, selection and quantity of merchandise are great usually.”
