The staff is frequently described as amazing, nice, incredible, professional, and helpful, providing awesome customer service that creates a great experience and pleasure for customers. However, experiences can vary. One rental of a "manager's special" vehicle was rough, very worn, had an unpleasant odor, a dirty exterior and windshield with sticker residue. On another occasion, an employee at the exit gate was extremely rude. While some customers state they will rent again, others would not. The location offers a wide variety of vehicles, including luxury cars, sports cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, and trucks.

Brain at the Windsor Locks lo action made my experience with Herrz seamless and painful. He was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. He made Hertz look like they are a prestigious company!!! Brian has great customer service and interpersonal skills!
