Omar was professional, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything simple and straightforward, answered all of my questions, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure I had a smooth experience. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers rather than just getting them in and out.

“Easy pick up and drop off. The cars are across the street from the terminals so there is a little bit of walking involved. The keys are in the vehicle so make sure you get the right one. They tell you which spot your rental is in and there are signs to make fi ding it easier. Make sure you leave the keys in the vehicle when you return it or they will charge you $450 to replace it. There are signs everywhere to remind you of this.”
