“I recently picked up a vehicle from the lovely team at Avis. My flight was incredibly delayed and didn’t land until 1:45am. I was so thankful to this team for staying late so I could pickup my vehicle and drive to my final destination over an hour away. Had they not stayed, I would have had to stay overnight and miss valuable work meetings. They were so patient with me, and made sure my vehicle was working (it was a hybrid and I thought it wasn’t starting… oops! It was so quiet didn’t hear the car turn over). All in all I couldn’t be more thankful for their amazing level of service.”

“Excellent experience. We were walked from our hotel and they accommodated an early rental. The rental was seamless, Aaron was very friendly and there were no unnecessary charges.
