Budget Rental car pickup and return was quick and easy at Bradley International Airport. Midweek, I stopped and added an additional driver and again the process was simple and completed seamlessly with the associate.

Each time that I’ve rental a vehicle from BDL, I’ve been fortunate enough to complete the rental process with your agent, Ethan. Ethan is consistently polite, professional and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to assure that the entire process goes smoothly and efficiently. He is truly an asset to your company.
