“This particular stores customer service was amazing . I was from out of town and had a faulty boot with me. I showed them the receipt, and how the boot wasn't that old. They pointed out how it was defective and replaced it for me. I'm very grateful for their staff and their knowledge.”

“I CANNOT stress this enough without yelling it, they are so amazing, attentive and patient here. Beautiful array of suits and accessories here, my daughter's boyfriend was super indecisive lol and this is 2 weeks before prom on a super busy Sunday. They were wonderful and we walked out with suit scheduled for alterations, shirt, accessories and shoes. Thank goodness it was a one stop shop because men are more difficult to shop for than women!! Thank you!!”
“I went to kohls and I found what I was looking for Sometimes it's like you're walking in a maze...if you don't have results! Kohl's is a hit or miss! I don't shop there too much...like I used to! Prices went up sky-high!... after Sephora came into the Kohl's Manchesr CT store No associates on the floor to help you and the cash registers in the front were taken out.. moved to the back of the store and now there are looooooong lines sometimes Depends when you go to Kohl's! Kohl's need to come down on there prices $42 for a pack of men's Haines boxer underwear (5) It's cheaper if men didn't wear any! Crazy prices!!

All this store would need is some live animal or fish on display, and my day would have felt like a daycation.L.L. Bean is a first-class operation, and although pricey, you get well made high quality merchandise that last. I have a L.L. Bean winter jacket that is now 24 years old and is still as good as when brand new.If getting to the store is not possible, try their website. Another 5 star operation. Their variety, availability, and range of sizes are amazing.As you can tell, I recommend a trip to this store for a great experience.”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about the manager and employees of this Gap Store. My mother and I originally were running errands in the Longmeadow Shops. But anyone who goes to the Longmeadow Shops knows, it turns into a whole day event being at this place. Every store had a friends and family event sale going on. I was in need of some new fall attire, specifically a corduroy skirt. To save time, I did a quick search on my phone. Of course, it provided me with the gap located in the Longmeadow Shops after being there for almost 3+ hours shopping and dining. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by welcoming employee. I asked her where the particular item I was looking for was. She directed me to skirt section. Immediately looking at the section, they did not have the particular item I wanted. I went up to the front desk to see if they were able to order the item to ship to my house. The manager and employee looked up the item via the sku # from my phone on their pods. But they were unsuccessful in locating the item within the entire gap stock. We all found this odd since we were physically looking at the item on my phone. They then called corporate, turns out it is a Gap Factory Store item. I honestly had no clue between the difference of the stores, especially considering they had a J.Crew Factory Store in the Longmeadow Shops directory. Nevertheless, both of them understood where I was coming from and was extremely nice about the whole situation. All in all, they did locate and order the skirt I wanted through Gap Factory. I would like to add they were the only two employees I saw working on 11/2/2019 around 7:00 p.m. handling the entire store. Both of them simultaneously were managing the store (ringing other patrons out, answering questions, etc.) and dealing with the representative on the phone for over twenty minutes. Additionally, they honored the deal that was going on in-store at that time (40 to 70%+ an extra 20% off)! I was only going to order one skirt, but with the deal, I decided on purchasing two for the price of one. I highly recommend anyone to go to this store. It was my mistake that I did not know this was a factory store. But, instead of the employee/manager turning me away, they made sure I was able to purchase my intended items with a discount. I did not catch both of their names at the end, but they are complete rockstars at this store. I highly recommend anyone who reads this review to go, too. The store was large and was well stocked with women, men and children clothing.”
“I had forgotten about Eddie Bauer that is practically on our backyard. I went there recently and was so happy to find out that their women's clothes fit me better than some of the other major brands that I have frequented before. This will now become my first stop for any sporting goods types of clothes. I am short and overweight and I love the fit. I am happy the store is so close to us.”

“Let me start by saying thank you to Richard. After extensive shopping for 2 pairs of Jordans for my 16 year old daughter. I gave up on Massachusetts and went to Buckland Hills mall. First shoe store was Finish Line. Nothing but attitude from their employees. Really glad they didn't have what I needed. Proceeded to go to Foot Locker and Richard with a big smile ask how can I help. The customer service was phenomenal. Selection and availability was amazing. Store was clean and just about perfect. I want to say hands down best shoe buying experience to date. They had exactly what we needed. This man should be at corporate. Hats off to you good sir. My daughter had a million watt smile on the 45 minute ride back to Massachusetts. I will gladly drive 45 to see you again.”

“Very large Macy store broken up on two areas with 2 floors each. Nice quiet shopping in a very clean and neat store. Found this Toys r Us area downstairs. Hope it was a little larger, but it had a few nice toys there.”
“Justin was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I went in with a Christmas return, expecting the correct size, and I left with multiple shirts, along with dress pants in the process of being fitted. This was all on a budget. Men's Warehouse in Enfield can be affordable, especially if you ask for Justin because he found every clearance item in my size.”
