“Nice, clean climate-controlled storage units. Never had any issues accessing, and responsive customer service - I lost my key when moving out and they quickly were able to cut my lock for me with no extra charge. Only opportunity I see: monthly prices are raised intermittently, and without any sort of communication (except on invoice itself). Would be nice to know when my monthly fees are increasing, and to understand the reason why.”

“I rented a 10' x 15' unit here for many years. I relocated from another storage place nearby as the price here was much cheaper. The unit was much cleaner and better quality than the previous one. It also was sealed better to keep out the elements. Ed and his wife, the owners were always friendly and accommodating. 24 hour access with a pass code at the gate if needed. I highly recommend Easter Longmeadow Self Storage. Reasonable pricing.”

He asked about the amount of property that I intend to store. With that information, he advised me on my best choice to meet my needs.
