“I have been there 3 times and have yet to see any management. The door to the office is covered in a falling down tarp as all the glass is missing and it’s clear nobody’s been in for some time. But the gates have been open and I have been able to access my unit without issue.”

Marcus, Aron, and Douglas packed our home in Maine, loaded everything with incredible care, unloaded it in Connecticut, and placed each item exactly where we wanted it. Throughout the entire experience, they were professional, efficient, and meticulous, but what really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork. They were personable, communicated well with us every step of the way, and worked together seamlessly. It genuinely felt like they cared about our home and our belongings as if they were their own.
Moving is never easy, but this crew made what could have been one of the most overwhelming days feel organized, smooth, and even enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“I put my personal belongings into storage some two years ago. I live in Slovenia and have not been back to East Longmeadow since then. My brother lives nearby and will occasionally check on the storage unit. Thus, I assume all is in order.”

“Update as of 6/26: This is an awesome location. The staff here are really nice and helpful, every time I’d get a notice that my rent was going to go up, I’d call and they’d adjust it for me to where it didn’t go up a lot or often. The units are clean and safe and well kept with the air conditioning, all of our belongings post moving out are in the same condition as when we stored them. We rented for a year and a half, two units, and this place was great. Only left because we bought a house with space. Highly recommend this location!”
“The storage unit was very clean as well the storage grounds. The lady who processed my rental was very polite and answered my questions. The storage facility is close to my home and it feels like the units are very secure there.”

“These people are great. Our team was led by Melissa and had Jake and Chris. They were very hardworking and professional. They came in under budget and it took less time than anticipated. They delivered all boxes without a scratch. Actually one of the men said he was sorry but he thought he scratched my desk. I looked at it and said- Oh I did that several years ago. He was going to take responsibility even though he wasn't sure how he could have done it. I highly recommend the company.”

Patty was awesome to work with and made sure that I got the difference back for the months rent I had already paid. The unit was brand new and super clean. “I rented a 10' x 15' unit here for many years. I relocated from another storage place nearby as the price here was much cheaper. The unit was much cleaner and better quality than the previous one. It also was sealed better to keep out the elements. Ed and his wife, the owners were always friendly and accommodating. 24 hour access with a pass code at the gate if needed. I highly recommend Easter Longmeadow Self Storage. Reasonable pricing.”

“Very easy check in process. I did it all through my phone and didn’t need to speak to anyone. Loading in was also very easy. Did it on a Sunday evening when the office area was closed- they gave me my gate code and unit number via email and had carts available to be able to easily transport and load in my stuff. The hardest part of this whole thing was getting the stuff out of the house!!!”

“I have been at Golden storage for 4 years!! Very Clean, immediate response to any text or questions I had, very well manicured! Grass and flowers maintained beautifully, if other tenants left garbage it was cleaned up immediately! Snow Removal was phenomenal!!! I always had access to the entry gate and my unit, plenty of cameras for security and safety, and well lighted!!
