“I had a wonderful experience setting up my storage rental thanks to Iris, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. She was not only professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and patient when I had a lot of questions. I was trying to choose between storage rentals and she was really helpful in that process. I am grateful she followed up with her manager to ensure every detail of my rental agreement was handled perfectly. Her attention to detail and follow-up with me has made moving much less stressful.
The facility itself is also excellent - super clean, climate controlled (the AC is working great at the time of writing this review), and the place is easy to navigate. The lanes between units have plenty of space for parking and unloading. It’s in a good, safe neighborhood, so I feel comfortable accessing my unit anytime. Overall, a great experience from start to finish and I am really grateful for Iris for making me feel confident this was the right choice for what I need from storage right now.”

“These people are great. Our team was led by Melissa and had Jake and Chris. They were very hardworking and professional. They came in under budget and it took less time than anticipated. They delivered all boxes without a scratch. Actually one of the men said he was sorry but he thought he scratched my desk. I looked at it and said- Oh I did that several years ago. He was going to take responsibility even though he wasn't sure how he could have done it. I highly recommend the company.”
“I rented a Storage unit over the summer from additional attic storage. I only needed it temporarily and moved out in the middle of the month. Patty was awesome to work with and made sure that I got the difference back for the months rent I had already paid. The unit was brand new and super clean. “I rented a 10' x 15' unit here for many years. I relocated from another storage place nearby as the price here was much cheaper. The unit was much cleaner and better quality than the previous one. It also was sealed better to keep out the elements. Ed and his wife, the owners were always friendly and accommodating. 24 hour access with a pass code at the gate if needed. I highly recommend Easter Longmeadow Self Storage. Reasonable pricing.”

“Today I visited the Cube Smart on Adams Street in Manchester, CT. The team member on duty, Giovanni, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all available options and the pricing plans. He asked about the amount of property that I intend to store. With that information, he advised me on my best choice to meet my needs. He gave me a tour of the property which is spotless and very well run and organized. I am very favorably impressed by Giovanni's professionalism and the obvious perfect choice of clean, climate controlled storage options for just about any need. Manager Melissa was patient, understanding and very helpful. Having my belongings there for over a year and during a pandemic left me with a comfortable feeling that things were safe.
