“I can’t match socks and my wife was at work the day I had to pick up the tile we had ordered for the bathroom. I found I needed edging for this and not being able to pick socks that match was at risk. Helen is brilliant. She went through all the options between what are called pencils and Schluter and help me find a perfect color match even without my wife being there. Roynette topped it off at the register with a constant smile and wrapping the purchase up for me since my arm is in sling. This is a great store and I look forward to the day. I need more tile.”

“We recently remodeled our master bathroom and purchased all the hardware from Bender, Hartford, CT. Bender carries such a wide range of products that the choices may seem overwhelming! However, Melissa, provided all the necessary insights in a convivial manner without any sales pressure. We strolled through the store, reviewed individual choices, and asked multiple questions, enabling informed decisions. Without Melissa's guidance, we would have been lost! While the prices may be slightly higher than perhaps a hardware store, the service and access to expert knowledge, easily compensate for the difference. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. I got a carpet for my living room for 1.28 per square foot and its fluffy and soft. Great carpet for a great price. Its a great place to save money on home improvement supplies.”

“Went to Williams Sonoma kitchen supplies store during the Disney Christmas season to purchase some items and everything went very well.
One of the elves/workers helped me locate my needed items quickly. The line was fairly large, but moved along just fine.
Items are a little pricey, but seems like it is all good quality, high-end stuff.
It’s a beautiful area to go shopping in and I always feel safe, but perhaps under dress… But maybe that’s just me.”

“I had a great experience LCN kitchen and bath. Norm showed up all the time to make sure the contractors were on schedule and doing the work we all agreed on. Very easy to work with. Patient with my selections, which took me about 3 months to decide. Would love to download pictures but I do not see a place to do it.”
