“Jesse from west Hartford branch of ‘Relax the back’ in CT, went above and beyond the call of duty for us. The owner of the Relax the Back which sold us our chair was being very rude and unhelpful and we were desperately in need of some guidance on how to solve our issue. Jesse had nothing to gain from talking to us, but he took a ton of time out of his busy weekend at the store to patiently talk us through our questions. We would have been sweating bullets if it weren't for his help. I wish he had been the person we bought the chair from initially. In the future, we will only buy from him when it comes time to upgrade - even though he's over an hour away from us. We highly recommend Jesse and his store, he seems like someone who will stand by his customers no matter what!”

“I went in earlier this week to buy a new mattress and set up. I've had my mattress far too long and it was time to upgrade. I didn't realize just what an upgrade a casper mattress is. I went to other stores but nothing felt like what I needed. I went into casper and tried the snow max on anti gravity setting and I was sold. It felt like heaven for my tired joints.
