“The folks at Brookfield couldn't have been nicer or more helpful when I pulled up with my damaged car after been sideswiped by a truck, hours from home, a few weeks ago. I was shaken and exhausted, and they were so reassuring and pleasant, and they quickly got me over to Enterprise to pick up my rental to get me back on my way. Over the following weeks, they were responsive and kind every time I called to check on my car, and the day I finally came to pick it up again, my car looked great and the pickup was super fast and easy. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you to Vanessa and everyone at Brookfield for taking car of me and my car!!”
“When I first purchased my vehicle from Mike and Tony’s, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, a few challenges have come up since then.
Within six months, the car has experienced two breakdowns and is now in need of a new engine. It’s been at the service center for over a month, and I’ve been in contact with Sims (the service manager) and Tony as they continue to review the situation.
While it’s been a frustrating experience being without my vehicle, I’m hopeful that the dealership will stand behind their customer service values and help find a fair resolution.”

“Good easy experience. My uncle got into an accident with his savanna van and I referred him to my local truck rental branch in saybrook that I rent from often, always had such a good experience with enterprise, anyways they rented him a van and then Mike from car sales reached out to find a replacement for him, Mike worked day in and day out to find exactly what he wanted all while enterprise was handing his insurance and claim behind the scene. After Mike found the van he wanted they arranged the arrival of the van we went and picked it up and was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Mike made the experience fun and easy.”

He was very patient with me as well during my whole process of me putting my cars down payment down. He made sure to make all the paperwork and numbers as transparent and straight forward as possible. I told him what I was comfortable with financially and he made sure to give me something around where I was comfortable , if anything CHEAPER. I left with the car I wanted & I have no complaints. I recommend anybody to come here, especially if you are someone with developing credit with a previous history of typical life mistakes. “Went car shopping last Thursday. Met a young man name Alexy who assisted me in what i was looking for, which was a GMC YUKON DENALI. I. was able to test drive it. Let him know i was interested and from there the paperwork began. I was then sent over to the finance office, where I met with Manar finance manger who took care of all my questions that needed to be answered.I love that they are ONE STOP SHOP. EVERYTHING IS DONE ON SITE. So went in THURSDAY picked up on TUESDAY. PRICES ARE GOOD. THE CARS AND TRUCKS GO PRETTY FAST. HERE TODAY GONE TOMORROW, SO PLEASE CHECK THEM OUT YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID. PRETTY SURE THERE IS SOMETHING WAITING FOR YOU.”

“Very impressed with their service. Went in for a simple wheel alignment. They gave me an option. Took the simple alignment thinking I wouldn’t need recalibration of driver warning system. Most places would probably hardball sell the more expensive option. I tested the lane keep assist and it’s still works like it always has. Now here’s the thing that impressed me even more. They not only filled the air in my tires, but they took the extra step of reading the door jam for the correct psi. Everywhere else fills all 4 tires the same psi where the specs are different for front and rear. I was highly recommended coming here and now I know why.”
“We dropped our car off for our 30k mile service 2 days before a big road trip. Our Service Rep Keith was very receptive to our needs, providing us with a loaner car, he also gave us a realistic timeline for job completion and a complimentary car wash when finished. Needless to say, our trip went off without a hitch, the car performed perfectly and we drove with the confidence that our vehicle was up to the task.

“I came across Zee Auto Sports on a whim while on the hunt for a car after mine broke unexpectedly.
