They got us back on the road, and made it the easiest and most pleasant flat tire experience I have ever had.They are a family owned business, and they know their craft. “Recently moved to Bristol, CT from Long Island, NY, and really needed tires. My tires were in horrible shape and since BJ’s sells and does tires, I decided to go there. BJ’s was able to move up my appointment and took my car in. After being there for 20 mins or so, the associate at BJ’s told me that my lug nuts were in just too terrible of a condition to continue the job. In a panic, being new to the area and STATE, I did some research and saw that J&M tire was right down the block. I walked in and told them my plight and the associate assured me that it could be done. After an hour, I was out the door with 4 brand spankin’ new tires and new lug nuts! What cost me at BJ’s for just tires, $721, was merely over $500 at J&M. So if you need tires and are in a pinch or just don’t want to break the bank I highly recommend going to P&W! The service there was friendly, quick and efficient, you won’t be disappointed.”

“I typically never write reviews as most services provided by people are nothing special, but Mr. Tire is definitely the exception to that rule. I had a bend in my rim that needed immediate attention and after calling a dozen shops and dealerships, Mr Tire answered my call immediately and was transparent through the entire process. He traveled all the way to me to get the rim, took the bend out and the rim now looks brand new after he refinished it. Pricing was extremely fair and he kept his word through the entire process. Can’t say enough good things about Mr Tire and his business!”

“I can’t recommend Tire Depot enough!! Tony and his team are the NICEST, friendliest people in the business. I had a nail in my tread and my tire was going flat. I went to firestone the night before just because I was afraid it would go completely flat. (It was 4:45pm and Tire Depot closed at 5) Firestone told me it was beyond repair and I’d need to replace all four tires and began to quote me over $1200 for the job. Recognizing the ridiculousness of the situation I refused their “service.” (Mind you, it took them 1.5 hour to check out my car, and three empty bays. Additionally, I had three little ones with me..)I brought my Highlander to Tire Depot the next morning and they took care of me with kindness and they were quick! Because I have purchased tires with them more than once, they repaired and patched up my tire and didn’t charge me a penny. Talk about going above and beyond for their customers!! I will never go anywhere else for tires. The team is honest, reliable, fast, and so incredibly nice!! I was blown away by their kindness and will recommend them to all my friends and family”

“I've used them in the past they did a excellent job on my transmission very knowledgeable. Recently I just got worked done from them again for bad u joint that caused my housing to Crack they fixed that problem. I picked up the truck but I had a wicked vibration so I took it back the same day told Mike about the issues I was having he took for test drive and said it was front end. Right there I knew it seems like he didn't want nothing to do with this truck anymore. So I took my truck to another mechanic he took for a test drive come to find out it my drive shaft u joint was bad that causing the vibration now I just dish out another $440 that economy should've picked up on. That's why I'm giving them 4 star's they are knowledgeable with their stuff but I think attitude.Service: Transmission”

My plan was to check bj's wholesale club, Costco and two or more other area places.Because town fair tire has been my go to spot since coming to Connecticut six years ago I stopped there first.Matt helped me. He provide great info on all weather tires versus all terrain versus snow tires. He gave me a range of prices in my size of tires. They ran from $90 up to several hundred dollars. I got a great deal on my tires and a front end alignment. They did the work on the spot while I did my laundry down the street. Once again the best service in town.”
