Then I found another Escape with the price and mileage range I wanted at Automotive Pluss so I called and spoke with Rob and he immediately talked about how their vehicles are carefully selected, have clean titles and are serviced by them to pass inspections. I booked a time to see the vehicle and it was washed and the tires were even shined when I arrived. Rob greeted me and we took it for a test drive and it drove very smooth. Bottom line, I purchased this vehicle because I was not pressured, Rob showed me every detail and was honest, no BS. Every question I had was answered and his co-worker gave me the vehicle report and entire service history. Don't waste time going to a huge lot of badly maintained overpriced used vehicles, and with a sales staff that will say anything to get you to purchase. PS: if you are local to the area they are a service center that will keep your vehicle maintained. Finally....a pleasant experience!”

“I don't live in the area but I work in the area. Therefore I am not familiar with any auto repair shops or a mechanic in this area. I read good reviews from customers about this business, but I'm cautious about family members and friends pumping up fake reviews on businesses I dropped my vehicle off for the day with a headlight issue. The headlight would not work even after I replaced the light. This is now a electrical issue where a bad wire needs to be traced down . This can easily be a run away train, hours and hours of testing and probing looking for that one broken wire or short. At a State labor rate of $150.00 this could easily be a $800 - $900 bill exaggerated hours added on if a shady shop was doing the repair. With a electrical diagnostic you are pretty much at the mercy of the shop owner and you are hoping for some honesty and integrity. I am happy to say that I found this shop here in Thomaston. P & C Repair 64 N. Main St. Thomaston is the shop. My diagnostic and repair bill was only $150.00 That's fantastic ! Thank's again P & C Repair , I will let my co-workers know that they can drop their car off there for the day and the repairs will be honestly diagnosed and repaired at the end of the day.”

“Outstanding work and very honorable shop!My car sustained a transmission failure with a 2-3 shudder and other issues.I called this shop and Mario gave me a fair price to replace the transmission. He got me in the shop the very next week and had my car back to me within a few days. They did a fantastic job and the new transmission is working perfectly! They even allowed me to keep the old transmission and torque converter. I wanted it so I could pull it apart one day for fun and see what makes these ZF transmissions tick!While we were at it we noticed another issue with my front passenger side axle. I purchased a new axle from FCP Euro and Mario had the axle installed the very next day while I waited in the office working.Mario personally took my car for road tests with one of his techs to ensure everything was operating properly.I have been looking for an honest and fair mechanic for a very long time now.
