I was incredible discouraged knowing how expensive body work can be. As soon as I walked in, Suzie made me feel so comfortable! “Great job by the team at RENU auto body- Melissa was always available and clearly explained the options available to me regarding the repairs. She negotiated with the insurance company and the final cost to me was a little less than expected. A week after I picked up my car there was slight problem with one of the clips securing a panel. I contacted the shop and Tom fixed the problem right away. A nice family run business that is a pleasure to deal with and who stands behind their work. I highly recommend ! Charlie G.”

“Someone broke into my car with a huge rock and broke my window and damaged my door. J & M took great care of me. The gentleman at the front desk helped me to securely patch my window with sticky plastic until I was ready and got the job done for a reasonable price. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car to top it off. Overall very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.

“Even though I don't plan on being hit again or getting into any car accidents, well none of us really do... but if it happened I would take my car to Carl Massafra's Auto body. Someone hit my car, ripped my bumper, damaged my fender and headlight. I didn't know where to go for repairs, so I asked my amazing mechanic. They referred me to here. That's always a good sign when your business is the reference of people in your industry! Went in. Got an estimate. Straight forward, simple, they are not scammers, nor begging for your business. They are too busy to play around. A few days later I dropped my car off. They didn't take long. They are Caring and have Excellent communication. Picked my car up and it's back to perfection!!! Even though I don't plan on using Auto Body services too often, maybe I'll see what other services they do offer lol. They did my baby right!!! I highly recommend Carl Massafra's Auto Body for all of your auto body needs!!!”
“Wayne's Auto Body is over-the-top excellent in their industry. We've been to many body shops over the years, and were very impressed with the work they performed on my Honda CRV. I was especially impressed that they were able to transfer my beach tags from the old damaged bumper to the new bumper. Jimmy is a skilled tradesman and has learned well from Wayne. “A family member asked me to post a review because they are not on the web.This auto repair shop did an amazing job repairing a 2017 Lexus RX 350. Several quotes were received to do the job. This business was by far the best price and aabout half the price of some of the overpriced establishments who advertise on TV. Dave who runs this business is a gentleman and very honest, trustworthy, and a man of this word. The repair is flawless to say the least.If you have an accident and want to price out more than one quote, this may be a very good decision after a collision?”

“Wonderful staff communication. Easy to make appointments and they call you back with any questions you have. I left my sunglasses in my car and they were nice enough to let my spouse who works down the street pick them up for me. They also missed a small issue with the exhausts piping on my cars rear end that was caught at my next oil change. As soon as I called them, they got me in next day and the owner Bruce called me personally with an apology.”

“Fantastic place. I called them for a moderate vehicle repair going through my insurance. They fit me in to their schedule within a week, took care of the coordination of a rental vehicle immediately (literally five minutes later) after my estimate, and were extremely thorough and communicative — at every step of my vehicle’s repair, I received a text message update. I didn’t have to deal with my insurance or worry about anything related to it — in fact, they somehow got my insurance to cover aspects of my repair they were initially denying coverage for, so the only out of pocket was my deductible! I received my car back and it looked like no damage had ever occurred — and it was sparkling clean, exterior and interior. Extremely professional and you can really tell they take pride in and personally invest in the work they do. The next time I need my car repaired, I’m coming here.”

“I'll preface by saying I am a local insurance agent. I have always recommended my customers go to Twin Lights for their auto repairs. I recently had some front end damage and a dent on a rear quarter panel to my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the completed work is flawless. Joe is a stand up guy who cares about his work and he was great corresponding with the insurance adjuster and myself during the repair. He made the process very easy, stayed in communication with me about my car, and helped get me to the rental office. I was also able to leave the rental with him which was so convenient.
