We recently had a flat tire on our limo bus, and we were in a bit of a jam. I called their after hours, and from the moment Joanna picked up the phone, I knew we were in good hands. I relieved the chauffeur and was there personally when Mike arrived to repair the flat tire on a cold, rainy night. I must say that Mike was absolutely fantastic at his job. “I was travelling from Ct to Boston on Monday March 4th when my tires started to loose pressure even after filled them twice that morning. I was in Milford CT, and I googled tire shop. The closest location was Monro Auto Service and tire Center.I called the place and I was directed to come in right away. The attendant was very courteous and asked me to leave the keys in vehicle and to have a seat.I could see from the glass all the work that was being performed. all 4 tires we checked and the front driver side seemed to have had a nail in it. after 25 minutes or so, the attendant came and told me that "you are all set". When I handed him my credit card, I was shocked to hear him say, "no need, drive safely back to Boston" I insisted but the gentleman said no you're good,This was one the best experience that I have with any car repair shop in the last 30 years. I give this place 10 stars for making my day and I recommend that shop to anyone in Milford and surrounding towns. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”

“FAST FAST FAST and honest. These guys work together to fix and replace tires, quickly, at a fair price. Rarely a wait for service. They keep a large, organized stock of tires, some used rims, and they do many other car and truck repairs as well. Access Auto has saved me $ on many occasions, keeping my cars supplied with decent used tires at a fair price, or making quick repairs. Generally they'll install parts you bring to them, which can help you keep costs down. Note that they do most of the work in two parking spaces on the sidewalk, with on-street parking for cars waiting to be serviced.”
“I bring my car to Anthony for repair and will say the prices are usually fair and he stands by his work.I have had to take my car bk once after work but he absolutely stood by his work and did not charge more money to resolve the issue.The girl in the front desk isn't very polite and they don't awnser the phone alot but I do trust Anthonys work..”

I was able to find one but couldn’t find the other one, even after looking at my tire for 10-15 mins until he pulled it out?. Patched the tire in less than 5 minutes and I back on road. “Great place to buy tires, The owner is very helpful, and the guys are pretty quick, but this place can be very busy. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of the used tires are better than other used tire places. They also offer flat repair and wheel repair.Looking at some of the negative reviews...no, they don't do alignments. If your car is in need of an alignment, replacing the tires will not solve it-in fact, it can make the issue more evident. If you are buying a tire for significantly less somewhere else, try checking the brand(inferior) or the speed/heat/load ratings of the tires (poor) or the date code (yes, tires expire and become dangerous 6-8 years after the date of manufacture). Flat tires cannot always be fixed-if your tire is shredded {the reason should be obvious), if you drove on it while flat (the tire breaks down internally and is dangerous) or if there are sidewall punctures, they cannot be legally repaired. If you asked for matching tires, he will do his best to find them, but it is pretty difficult to do, because of the nature of the supply of used tires. However, it is impossible to have four different branded tires with only two different treads as one person claims happened to them. Rude service? No. I have bought many tires from them and never witnessed anything but polite service, even to "difficult" customers. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and acquaintances, and they have also been very happy with Quality Used Tires.”
