The only negative issues I've ever encountered were with Fed-Ex or UPS, not with the Business and Shipping Center. The professionalism of their packaging sensitive items being sent to laboratories and clients across the country gives me peace of mind that they will arrive at their destination Unscathed.”

“I just want to give a HUGE thank-you for the gracious Post Lady that stopped to help me use her phone to call 911. I had just arrived from Florida and was taking care of my son’s dogs and house when I locked myself out of the house. I only had pajamas on and had been outside for over 2 hours in the cold, She was so kind- stayed there until I talked to the police officer who then was able to contact my son working in NY. “HIGHLY recommend- Had the most helpful experience this past week! I traveled to my sister’s house from MA and realized I forgot my work laptop charger mid-day. Before I headed to the store, I called to make sure they had the charger I was looking for. I got there and grabbed the charger that I thought was right for my laptop. While I’m checking at the tech desk, the guy who I was on the phone with me had put aside 2 different versions for me already !!! It was the sweetest gesture. I wish I got his name because I really want to make sure he gets recognition. If of any help, I went in on Monday 1/22.Can’t thank this associate & store enough for helping me with my scramble :)”

“While I have always had good service at the Watertown, CT post office, I have had some problems trying to call the postal employees there. No one ever answers the phone! I wanted to ask them to hold my mail for me, because my mailbox was crushed by a falling tree during the last storm. I am having a mobility problem, and was hoping I didn't have to go into the post office myself. Guess I have to now.”
“I went in today just for a box of envelopes, but I stopped by the clearance section, and boy did score some great items for under $2. But that is not my reason for leaving this review. Malinda rang my items up for me she then went above and beyond to help me get into my old staples account, it dates back to when I had a landline, so that's how old it is. Anyway, Malinda was able to help me because she didn't want me to miss out on getting the $25.00 off coupon that I earned. It's employees like her that make shopping at a business a great experience!! Thank you Malinda !!”
“Went to this location for the first time on Monday just before 4:30. I needed to buy stamps for 170 holiday cards, get them stamped and sent. Not only was the gentleman behind the counter that I worked with super nice, but even the other two that were at the service windows were very friendly with all the customers. Miraculously, I was able to stamp all of my pieces with one minute to spare before they closed. What's really nice is that they didn't try to rush me at all. Totally cool. I would definitely recommend using this USPS location.”
