Body By Design offers a wide variety of classes for every fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and enthusiastic. The facility is clean and equipment is all in great condition.

Body By Design truly is my home away from home. The instructors are amazing and the clients are so friendly. I love ending my day with one (or two)group classes. BBD has me feeling good inside and out. Thank you Sarah Bentley and staff. ?

I love Body by Design! The instructors truly care about each and every client. I am always motivated and get individual attention too. It is a fun place to be. This is where I have learned to like exercising!
