“I had a nail in my tire for the second time in a few months, so I googled a shop nearby at the time and this one popped up. They had fairly positive reviews, so I took a chance. I chatted with one of the owners, while I sat in my car, as he patched my tire. He showed me the nail and patched it right in front of me. I was out of there in under 10 minutes. Great customer service and great price! Cheaper than the other place I went to for the other tire. Highly recommend!!”

I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire, anxious and not really sure what to do, so I called Miguel at Metro Motor. Miguel was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He helped me navigate the situation and made me feel like I wasn’t dealing with it alone.
When I arrived, the entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. Ralph not only helped me with my tire, but somehow turned the experience into a whole life lesson about the importance of letting things go. 😂 So I came in for a tire change and left with both great service AND some unsolicited—but much-needed—life advice!
And then, when I came back inside, they offered me a FREE drink. 🥹
It was such a small gesture, but it really summed up the entire experience: they genuinely cared about making sure I was okay and taken care of.
I came to Metro Motor because I needed a tire changed. I left thinking, “Okay… this is where I’m bringing my car for EVERYTHING from now on.” 😂

They helped us prioritize what was needed to keep the car safe and build a timeline for fixing the other items without being pushy.
Love that they send all the recommended work with the quote in a thorough digital document. It included pictures of any damage they found, a break down of how they determined what was urgent and what could wait (color coded too) they even listed suggestions for general maintenance and how frequently it’s recommended.
Of note, They don’t have a ton of space inside their garage so they keep the cars parked on local streets - we had them use a steering wheel lock for extra protection.”
