Do not work with them on your mortgage. They are very slow. It took me forever to find out how much I qualify for. General loans are given very fast though. Staff is good but the whole slow system doesn't let them help you accordingly.

Had BFSFCU account for about 8 years since i had auto loan. Overall Customer Service level is decent i will give them 4 stars. Used to reimburse ATM fees up to $30 or so, but now it's only $5 back based on your tier level. some of my mobile app, brigit, extra, etc. does not support BFSFCU anymore.
