I was looking for a new purse for my wife. The sales women were all patient and passionate about their products. They did not hesitate to help us as soon as we walked in. The service here is by far the best we had in Washington DC.

Horrible management from the top of the chain all the way down to the bottom. I don't recommend anyone buying from here or working here; it is a waste of time! The only manager that is very sweet is Rebeca; please shop with her and get help from no one else other than her.

Wonderful time to buy a handbag!!! They have 2 initiatives #CHOOSEHOPE and #SHOPTHEWAYYOULOVE. Thanks to that I got my favorite handbag, I collaborate donating 10% to different charities and also they support me with an extra 10%!!! Best deal ever!!!!
