I came in with some knowledge of the technical details regarding the tux's silhouette and how I wanted it to fit. While I like to think having a somewhat informed customer can be useful, I can imagine there were moments where I was overly particular about certain details - a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Nonetheless, Christina did a fantastic job working with me, incorporating my specific preferences while using their expertise to help us achieve the bigger vision. I totally recommend their services and judgment.”

“I came to suit supply for the first time and was helped by Manny. He could not have been better across the board. In terms of listening to what I wanted, finding it, treating me kindly even though I wasn’t spending thousands of dollars, and making sure that the suit fit me perfectly. He was so good I waited to pick up my suit until he got back from a work trip cause I wanted his thoughts on the final product. Lastly, the store manager (or future manager) was great as well and runs the store like a Swiss watch. Aces across the board. I am moving to NYC and am sad I cannot return to this location more easily to get future products.”

“I had a really positive experience at this flagship store with my guide, Salena. I can't recommend her and this location enough. I needed to find a very specific fit for an animal-themed wedding. I often rely on Bonobos to have a variety of styles and sizes that work well for me as a transmasculine person. I didn't have a lot of time but found a couple of options online at Bonobos website. I called the store in advance to ask a few more questions, which is how I was connected with Salena. She advised me to come in so we could check what was in stock and find other options for me. My in-store experience was really lovely. Salena was attentive about what I needed, and what I felt best in. She was true to her title as a guide -- she didn't simply check the store inventory to find the options I already found, she took my measurements, asked me questions about different styles and cuts, learned about my style preferences by looking at a few options, and then designed several full outfit options for me to try on. All the while, she was so friendly, great with my feedback, and graciously, she laughed at my jokes. It's rare that I even feel noticed at a clothing store. I wasn't sure what a guide was but I didn't expect a full conceigre experience, which is what I received. And even beyond. Once I chose my outfits, we discovered that the clothes wouldn't arrive in time before I left for the wedding. So, Salena, going above and beyond, shipped my clothes to the nearest location in Seattle, and communicated with the team at the store in advance, to ensure that my new clothes were steamed for pickup. Everything happened seamlessly -- I picked up my fits across the country, fully pressed, and ready to go as I went to the wedding. I can't thank Salena and the flagship location where she's based enough for such a wonderful shopping and customer service experience.”
