Burnie is a fantastic guy! Strolled in randomly on a Friday afternoon while visiting and had a wonderful conversation about bourbon/whiskey and he cracked a bottle for us to taste. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in DC!! Don’t sleep on Chat’s!

Chat’s is an awesome experience. Bernie is truly amazing, knowledgeable, and truly takes customer service to a new level. My friend and I spent an hour and a half comparing bourbons and vodka’s with Bernie and it was truly enlightening his knowledge and expertise. A must stop if you are in D.C.
