No experience inside here or with Citi but the pylon sign with the temperature needs calibration.
Can’t help but to see it whenever I drive by. It always reads lower than it actually is. On a 90 degree day, it will read 80 or in the 70s.

Wonderful staff at this branch! Omon the branch manager is highly professional and knowledgeable. The personnel at the teller windows are always efficient and experienced. Daisy, who is often at the window, is both delightful and remarkably skilled.

I moved close to this branch recently. Went to the branch this afternoon and got two long pending issues solved. Andres is so professional, knowledgable and efficient. The services are well above my expectation.
