This approach has helped many get back to their old, healthy selves, fix issues like lower back pain, and achieve personal transformations in a supportive atmosphere. The gym offers diverse and fun programming with complete workouts from start to finish. Each class includes a guided warm-up and mobility routine, the workout itself, and cool-down stretches to minimize injury and soreness. They send out an email to members outlining the whole week of programming. For flexibility, there are multiple options for classes, including in-person sessions, an adapted home workout, and a virtual class. The environment is incredibly welcoming for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced athletes, whether dropping in or looking for a new gym-home. It is more than just a gym; it is a place focused on getting functionally strong within a great community. One of the best decisions I made. All of the coaches are great and one of the best decisions I made to learn something new and make leaps in my strength training goals. This is a really inclusive gym and I felt welcomed immediately.
