Its in the Walgreens, and the counter is where photos is located. Very hard to find.

No signage, no one at the counter. Hire more staff, they were professional but stretched too thin. Thanks to the other reviews I knew to ring the assistance bell at the photo counter and waited a while

IN WALGREENS, lower level, east end. Don’t wait in line. I found a staff member on the floor who scanned my label and took the package. Super easy (once I found out it was in Walgreens).
