Generator is a great find. Ive stayed multiple times.whether you are in a private room or one of the hostel rooms, the environment is lively, facilities are very good, location is central, and the staff, headed by Tina, " the hardest working woman in the reception business" is very helpful.

First time at a hostel and turned out great. A little awkward at first but not so much second day. Comfy bed, clean room! Wish people would leave curtain open when not home so don't need to be quiet if no one is around. Lots of places to sit and work from in the lobby.

Not a bad place. Good little coffee shop in the lobby. I didn't visit the restaurant, although I wish I would have gotten to. Rooms are adequate - we stayed in a room and not the hostel.
