Holiday Inn Express & Suites Washington DC- NoMA

Hotels
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Washington DC- NoMA offers helpful and friendly staff at the reception, easy parking, a gym, and complimentary breakfast. The location is quiet, in an ok area with friendly people, and a bus nearby for trips to downtown. Rooms are spacious and clean, with wonderful beds and plenty of towels. The front desk is helpful, and online check-in makes arrival quick and smooth. Parking is plenty, cheap, and has cameras all around. However, the interior design is too sterile, walls are paper thin, and it could be cleaner. Only one elevator works, it is small and old, causing long waits when crowds come. Housekeeping does not provide complete room service, and the breakfast is the same each day with eggs, bagels, sausage, muffin, bread, and waffle, with small juice cups and poor quality cereal and apple juice. Some guests had a wonderful stay and would return, while others found it a place to lay your head.
