Closed without any notice - does anyone know what happened to the Georgetown location?

Had a really wonderful customer service experience here as my partner was shopping for a suit jacket and some slacks. Ismail was incredibly kind and helpful, we were able to find just what we came for.

I am surprised to see reviews about rude staff. I have yet to come across a single person working here that hasn't been very friendly.
