New location, same poor service. You’d think that the hiatus during the relocation would change the staff’s attitudes at this location. It’s sad because this is the only location left in the city.

Closed without any notice - does anyone know what happened to the Georgetown location?

On 17 January 2025, approx 1400 the manager on site left a very unpleasant impression and much discomfort in my Jcrew shopping experience at the Georgetown location. Janelle(?) was extremely standoffish and unwilling to assist when help was required.
