“A. Litteri is a classic -- small but mighty! They have a great assortment of fresh pastas, a tasty selection of Italian cheeses, and lots of fun condiments and such. (They also have what's supposed to be a terrific wine selection, but we haven't sampled that.) We even found fresh apple pie there for Pi Day. Nice, helpful people, too!”

“I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Amos who is currently employed at Calvert Woodley Fine Wines & Spirits. Amos provides excellent customer service with his polite and patient demeanor. He excels at matching a client’s budget with a choice of wine and champagne appropriate to the occasion. My daughter, Airlie, and her husband, Nicholas, from Chamonix, France, as well as her mother-in-law, were extremely impressed with his knowledge of champagne from the region, while still offering competitive price ranges. Hands down, Amos is my go-to person for a variety of social occasions!”
“We stopped in here because we were passing by and I was out of whiskey at home. For a small place, they have a great selection and the staff was really friendly and eager to help. Chuka was a delight to chat with and told us they do some tastings on Thursdays from 5 to 8 so we will definitely be back to check that out!”
