Opened my account in October. Was approved for My Way checking. Didn't want this account was told I could change account after 3 weeks.Tried to upgrade my account wasn't approved.So I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to keep this account or close it.

I didn't want to give this location any stars...their customer service/communication skills are horrible...line full of people and 1 teller available and the other woman at lunch walking around chewing looking at us stand in line...?

Need more professional workers in this branch...everyone's at lunch and I been in line for over 16 minutes to get turned around
