“Pretty good for a pet store. Having a pet wash station was great (not sure if it is still open). The only concern is that selection of dog food changes quite often so it is harder to have a consistent flavor/type.”
“The staff there is always pleasant and friendly. I'm always greeted with a hello, and do I need help with anything. They tend to be fully stocked for all the items my kitties love. This store is nowhere near my home but since it's such an inviting atmosphere I've made this my main petstore.”

“Clean, well stocked, and friendly employees. High prices but that's to be expected at big name stores like this. PetSmart is at least reliable and has everything you could need for your pet. I popped in for a last minute item and it did the trick- but for weekly shopping I'll stick to the locally owned small guys and their fair prices.”
